About FBBS &
More Our Warm
& Fuzzy Approach –
serving GSA contractors since 1989 Thanks for
visiting our web pages. There are
four types of companies that contact us for assistance.
Our approach
to each of the above is to provide assistance, based on their specific and
unique needs through exemplary personal touch service.
We offer an
ever-changing and evolving array of schedule services and payment options to
meet the needs of all types of problems and size of contractors.
We work equally hard for small, medium and large businesses. More and more
of our new schedule service offerings are web-based services, such as our
“Marketing Resources” and “Client Logon” services. We can work
on a retainer basis, an hourly basis or per specific defined task order/project
basis. We require a contract and
advance payment prior to starting any work. As long as your payment schedule is
timely, we will pay swift attention to your needs. Additionally,
we offer EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) Upload and Invoicing
value-added-services for sending/receiving data with the federal government. You can
purchase our mailing list of nearly 3,000 current federal buyers, most entries
include email address, name, phone, fax, title, USPS mailing address, as well as
an indication of what they have bought in the past.
Only $300. For more
information about purchasing our federal buyers mailing list subscription, click
here. We do not
offer GSA seminars. If you would
like to talk about GSA schedules, you can call me on 301 652-7410, and we can
discuss your specific needs/questions, at no charge. And if that
isn’t enough, we offer our own version of the GSA Advantage system, called
MyFederalShopper. Click

We were among the first companies to contribute uploads to the GSA Advantage! system. Our GSA Advantage upload success rate is 100%. We use EDI to send data to GSA. We don't use the SIP program. Some firms come to us to obtain a schedule. Others to help manage an existing schedule and/or upload their catalog pricing to the GSA Advantage System. We price our services based on your needs and the size of your offering. EDI Value-Added-Services. As e-documents become more common, we are expanding our offering of electronic documentation and transmission services for routine office documentation like Invoices, Product catalogs, html text files, RFQs, RFPs, POs, etc. The government is heading more and more into an all electronic document exchange activity and you need to be able to send and receive electronic transmissions. By outsourcing these tasks to FBBS, schedule contractors can concentrate on selling and marketing their products and services to the government, and leave the contract management and administrative stuff to us. We already made the investment in EDI, so you don't have to. For less than the price of a clerk, you get top-level federal schedule contracting knowledge and experience, and EDI. We listen to our clients’ feedback and determine ways to satisfy their unique needs above and beyond any formal agreement. Most of our web-based service initiatives have grown through requests from our existing accounts. Our goal, as we push to add to the number and scope of services we offer, is to keep expanding our capacity to make the GSA process as easy and painless as possible. What we can do for you and your company is only limited to the services you need. We also have a good GSA federal contracts lawyer if you need one of those.
