Full Service is a total contract management solution for companies that need to start the GSA NEW OFFER process at the beginning, or want FBBS to take over the management of their current contract. We limit the number of full service accounts we bring on to ensure prompt attention to your contract. Full Service accounts require an advance monthly retainer arrangement. Minimum engagement, three months.

   2.   Contract Maintenance Service   If you already have a GSA contract and need help managing/maintaining your schedule. Contract Management activities can be handled on an advance monthly payment basis, or hourly depending on the scope of work. Task Oriented Services are handled at $125/hour.

   3.  Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) Upload Services for GSA Advantage & and MyFederalShopper.com

EDI XPRESS    -  EDI Transaction Set 832, Product Catalog

    In addition to Product Catalogs, many GSA Groups are now requiring photos and text files with all uploads  EDI XPRESS service is for uploading product catalogs, text files and photos to the GSA Advantage system.  We offer one-time & monthly product catalog file maintenance upload services. Priced affordably starting at $150 per upload. 

Download our agreement and data template, Complete and send us both to me via email and depending on how well that task is accomplished or not, we will send you a quote. Final Price/Quote depends on your ability to provide and migrate your contract data to our Excel format. It can be a "cut and paste" activity from one spreadsheet to another.

If you need us to migrate your data into our format, we can that, but have to charge you for the uploads and our time.  We estimate 3-5 hours to do it for you, plus minimum of $250 per upload.  Correction uploads and minor changes are usually $100 each.

4.  Month-to-Month GSA Schedule Contract Assistance /Consulting Accounts. 

5.   Contract extension renewal & award program (cerap) $400 per schedule. We will identify any compliance issues holding up your extension and put you on the right track.

3. Upload Services:  GSA Advantage! Upload and File Maintenance Services

(Included for Full Service, Contract Maintenance and Upload Accounts)

• GSA ADVANTAGE XPRESS EDI Catalog, text file and photo Upload Services.

MyFederalShopper.com is an on-line federal buyer procurement store offering GSA Schedule items and Open Market items.  (Uploads to MFS Included for all accounts.)

• EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) Transaction Set 832 uploads and continuous 832 product catalog file maintenance. Send us your hard and electronic (FBBS format) versions of your approved mods and we take care of uploading the GSA. Preparation and transmission of Electronic Invoices (EDI 810s).

4. Month-to-Month GSA Schedule Contract Assistance/Consulting Accounts

Depending on the size of your GSA schedule, we offer an alternative fee arrangement of a month-to-month plan of $2000, with a three-month minimum.  When we receive your payment, we will give you thirty days work from that date forward.   Choose a six month minimum contract assistance services plan for $1,500 per month.

5.  Contract extension renewal & award program (CERAP) $400 per schedule. We will identify any compliance issues that could be holding up your extension and get you on the right track.
